Diamond Talk is operated by Wah Chan Consolidated Sdn Bhd. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from diamondtalkecommerce.qcfixer.co, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What We Collect

When you place an order. Your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, the items you bought, and your order history. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

When you create an account. Your name, email address, password (stored encrypted), and any addresses you save for future orders.

When you subscribe or contact us. Your email address, and anything else you choose to tell us in a message — your name, phone number, and the content of your enquiry.

Automatically, as you browse. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Marketing Emails

We only send marketing emails to people who have asked for them, for example by subscribing through a signup form on the site. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time using the contact details below. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential messages about an order you have placed.

Cookies

How Long We Keep It

Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up.

Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong or out of date, limit how we use it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first. Note that we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, such as completed order and tax records.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, account passwords are stored encrypted, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date shown below.
